What Does My Order Status Mean?

Status Description
Pending Your order is created, but not yet paid. You can cancel the order.
Paid Your payment is received. We will send you a order confirmation email. You can still cancel the order.
Processing Either your custom items are in production or non-custom items are ordered from our supplier. Delivery time will be vary. We will keep updating the information with you via email. You can still cancel the order with a cancellation fee (up to 10% of order total) subject to the case and reason you provided.
Packed Your order is prepared and ready to be shipped. You can no longer cancel the order.
Shipped Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. We will send you a shipment notification with online tracking information.
