Cancellation
You may cancel your order item(s) within 1 hour of placing it, with a fee of up to 10% of the cancelled amount, provided the order has not yet shipped.
After 1 hour, all orders are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, as processing begins immediately.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes cases of change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues.
Please review all product details carefully before completing your order.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us here within 3 days of receiving the package, providing your order number, detailed information, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. It is important that you keep all items and all packaging materials during this process. We will work diligently with you to find a suitable resolution.
Refund
Refunds are typically issued to your account as store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please request it within 10 days of receiving the store credit.
All refunds must be completed within 180 days of the original transaction date.
