Do I need to have an account to place an order?

Nope, you don't need to have an account to place an order. You could simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order.

Having an account is pretty handy. You will be able to see your order history.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find this, please login your here to check that your order was initially processed

Can I cancel or change my order?

What does my order status mean?

Status Description
Pending Your order is created, but not yet paid. You could cancel the order.
Paid Your payment is received. We will send you a order confirmation email. You could still cancel the order.
Processing Either your custom items are in production or non-custom items are ordered from our suppliers. Delivery time will be vary. We will keep updating the information with you via email. You could still cancel the order with a cancellation fee (up to 10% of order total) subject to the case and reason you provided.
On Hold Your order is ready to ship, but your selected shipping method is temporary suspended due by covid-19. You could wait until it resumes or switch to other available shipping method. You could still cancel the order with a cancellation fee (up to 10% of order total) subject to the case and reason you provided.
Packed Your order is prepared and ready to be shipped. You can no longer cancel the order.
Shipped Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. We will send you a shipment notification with tracking information.
