Where do you ship from?

All orders are prepared, packaged and shipped out from our warehouse in Japan.

What destinations do you ship to?

We offer international delivery around the world.

How long will my order take?

In stock orders are shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holiday, from the date of purchase. If your order includes backordered items, handling time will take longer.

Once dispatched, airmail package will take around 2 to 24 business days for delivery, depending on the destination. Meanwhile, the surface mail package will take 1 to 3 months to arrive. For specific transit times based on each shipping method, please check here for your reference.

What if I purchase items that have different handling time?

We do not ship partial shipments. Your order's handling time will be assigned as the longest handling time among your purchase items. If you prefer to receive short handling time items first, please place separate orders.

What is a backorder?

Some of your purchased items are not in stock in our warehouse, but available in our suppliers. Order will be shipped upon warehouse replenishment.

We do not ship partial shipments. Orders with both in stock and backordered items will ship when the backordered items are restocked. In stock items are always allocated for your order. If you prefer to receive your in stock items first, please place separate orders.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping cost is calculated based on the product's shipping weight. If you want to know your shipping cost please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to the your favorite product page
  2. Click "Add to Cart" button
  3. Click (shopping cart icon) on the top right of the page
  4. You will see the shipping cost on the bottom right

We offers free shipping on all orders over $55.00 .

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes. Input your tracking number here. You could find your tracking number in here. We will also send you a email with tracking number once your order is shipped.

Delivery if you are not home

If no one is home when the carrier attempts delivery, depending the usual practice of the courier and shipping method:
1. The package will be left in your safe place (e.g. mailbox, front door, porch, garage).
2. You will receive a notification card to pick up the package within a specific time at the post office. If no one collect it within the stated time, it will be returned to us.
