Short version:If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Fantastic customer service.
Long version: I screwed up and ordered the wrong thing. I was looking for safety eyes for a crochet project and accidentally ordered eyes for felting. When the items arrived without the necessary backs I contacted the seller. That's when I learned I had misread the listing. I thought that would be the end of it, but the seller offered to send the backs if I paid $1 for shipping. They arrived today and I'm so thrilled to be able to finish my project. This seller went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to. I highly recommend them.
