Do I need to have an account to place an order?
Nope, you don't need to have an account to place an order. You could simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order.
Having an account is pretty handy. You will be able to see your order history.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find this, please login your here to check that your order was initially processed

What does my order status mean?
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your order has been created but payment has not been received yet. |
| Paid | Your payment is received. You will get an order confirmation email shortly. |
| Processing | We are preparing your order. The handling time is shown in your order confirmation email and order status page. |
| On Hold | Your order is currently on hold. We have contacted you regarding an issue with your order and are waiting for your reply. Please check your email (including your spam/junk folder) and get back to us. |
| Packed | Your order has been packed and is ready to ship. |
| Shipped | Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details. |
