Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon (セーラーちびちびムーン) is a mysterious, toddler-like Sailor Guardian created by manga author Naoko Takeuchi. Recognizable by her heart-shaped odango buns and Sailor uniform with blue and pink accents, she appears innocent, sweet, and enigmatic. In the 1990s anime, Chibi-Chibi comes to live with Usagi and gradually assists the Sailor Guardians, eventually being revealed as the form of Sailor Galaxia's Star Seed, the Light of Hope. In the manga, she is closely connected to Sailor Cosmos, though the precise nature of their relationship is intentionally mysterious. Despite her small size and childlike appearance, Chibi-Chibi possesses extraordinary powers and plays an important role in the Sailor Guardians' struggle to protect the universe.
