Cinderella

Cinderella

Cinderella (シンデレラ), originally written by Charles Perrault in 1697, gets her name from her cruel stepsisters forcing her to sleep among the cinders. Despite her soot-stained rags, she is a kind, gentle, and resilient soul who can speak to animals. Destitute yet hopeful, she dreams of escaping her abusive family. She is the second Disney Princess.
