Buzz Lightyear (バズ・ライトイヤー) is a heroic space ranger action figure from Toy Story, named after astronaut Buzz Aldrin. Dressed in his signature white, green, and purple spacesuit, Buzz is courageous, disciplined, and fiercely loyal. Equipped with pop-out wings and a wrist-mounted laser light, he initially believes he is a real Space Ranger on a mission to protect the galaxy, but later embraces his identity as a toy and dedicates himself to protecting his owner and his fellow toys alongside Woody.
