Delivered when expected. Well packaged. Items were lovely. Thank you so much for a wonderful delivery. Would definitely order from you again.

The parcel arrived within the specified timeframe and was neatly packed. The only reason I’m giving four stars is that, unfortunately, additional delivery charges of your country are not mentioned during the ordering process. In hindsight, this makes sense, but if this were stated somewhere some way, customers could even look up or calculate the delivery charges for their country – a note of some form could therefore prevent such costly surprises (for people who are not used to order from outside their country).

The items were shipped as soon as they were available, and the customer service was able to honor a request I sent quite late during the processing of the order which I am thankful for.

Took a long time to arrive, which was expected, but they are all exactly as described. Love these pens!
