The parcel arrived within the specified timeframe and was neatly packed. The only reason I’m giving four stars is that, unfortunately, additional delivery charges of your country are not mentioned during the ordering process. In hindsight, this makes sense, but if this were stated somewhere some way, customers could even look up or calculate the delivery charges for their country – a note of some form could therefore prevent such costly surprises (for people who are not used to order from outside their country).
