Everything was packaged beautifully and arrived safely AND quickly. I was a bit worried about things like acrylic clips being in pieces when they showed up, but I had 0 problems.
The staff communicates quickly and efficiently, which I greatly appreciate as a compulsive shopper. 🫡

Everything was very cool! The only reason I give a 4 is that the id carriers are extremely small. Only big enough for like a Ralph's card. They also have a restocking fee if you want a refund. Otherwise everything looks great!

My daughter is sooo happy. The quality is so good. She loves her cinnamoroll. :) we are so happy that we could buy those things coz they are not so easy to get. Shipping was fast and best Service ever. I will buy again something for sure. :)

Instructions were entirely in Japanese. High price for acrylic material and instructions that I had to figure out by looking at pictures. This was my first time needle felting so if that’s not the case for you, then this kit may be more enjoyable. Material of acrylic should be stated in written
description and not only on the picture of kit. They have WOOL listed. Misrepresenting as they should NOT be used interchangeably
