Beautiful pen/pencil. It has a lovely heft, so it doesn’t feel cheap. It feels lovely in my hand and it is beautifully designed, plus it has the Moomins on it!
As for the service, excellent. It was very well-packaged and it got from Japan to my house very quickly.

Everything was very cool! The only reason I give a 4 is that the id carriers are extremely small. Only big enough for like a Ralph's card. They also have a restocking fee if you want a refund. Otherwise everything looks great!
