Woody (ウッディ), also known as Sheriff Woody Pride, is a classic pull-string cowboy doll and the leader of Andy's toy collection. Designed by Pixar animator Bud Luckey, he wears a yellow plaid shirt, cowhide vest, cowboy hat, jeans, and boots. Deeply loyal to his owners, Andy and later Bonnie, Woody is a brave and resourceful natural leader who relies on his quick thinking and strong friendship with Buzz Lightyear to protect his fellow toys.
