Stitch (スティッチ), designated Experiment 626, is a genetically engineered alien created by the eccentric scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba. Originally designed as a highly intelligent and destructive force, Stitch escapes to Earth and is adopted by Lilo Pelekai, who gives him the name "Stitch". With his blue fur, large ears, dark eyes, retractable spines, and ability to reveal extra arms, he resembles a small koala-like creature. Stitch possesses immense strength, high intelligence, night vision, and exceptionally durable fur. Initially driven by his destructive instincts, he gradually becomes a loyal and protective member of Lilo's family after learning the meaning of ʻohana. Mischievous, energetic, and sometimes chaotic, Stitch speaks Tantalog as well as his distinctive form of English and ultimately uses his abilities to protect the people he considers family.
