Perry the Platypus
Perry the Platypus (カモノハシペリー), created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh in 2007, is a teal, fedora-wearing semi-aquatic mammal. Known as Agent P, he poses as a seemingly mindless pet for Phineas and Ferb while secretly working for the OWCA. Serious, skilled, and mute, he routinely thwarts Dr. Doofenshmirtz's schemes while carrying out his duties as a secret agent and protecting the Tri-State Area.
