Jack Skellington (ジャック・スケリントン) is the charismatic "Pumpkin King" of Halloween Town, a living skeleton conceived by Tim Burton for the 1993 film The Nightmare Before Christmas. Dressed in a black pinstripe suit with a bat-shaped bow tie, the elegant and expressive Jack grows weary of endlessly scaring people. Seeking something new, he impulsively takes over Christmas, unintentionally causing chaos despite his good intentions. With his supernatural skeletal abilities and detachable bones, Jack ultimately sets things right, rediscovers his appreciation for Halloween, and embraces his love for Sally, alongside his loyal ghost dog, Zero.
