Ishiyowa-chan (いしよわちゃん) is a San-X character created in 2023. Named after the phrase ishi ga yowai ("weak-willed"), this floppy-eared puppy with a bone-shaped hair clip is known for procrastinating, staying up late, and giving in to everyday temptations. Although it genuinely wants to become a better version of itself, it often leaves today's tasks to "tomorrow's self." Through gentle, relatable thoughts and forgiving everyday expressions, Ishiyowa-chan reminds people that it's okay to be imperfect.
