Hangyodon is a blue, fish-like humanoid Sanrio character created by Hisato Inoue in 1985. He has a round face, large eyes, and a distinctive half-human, half-fish appearance. Despite his humorous and slightly awkward personality, he is sensitive and often feels lonely. Hangyodon enjoys making others laugh and dreams of being liked by everyone. He is close friends with Sayuri, a pink octopus who often supports him in his adventures.
