Gloomy Bear (グルーミー) is a pink, sharp-clawed bear created by Japanese artist Mori Chack in 2000. Rescued by a boy named Pity, Gloomy appears cute and cuddly but retains his wild instincts and cannot be domesticated. Despite their close bond, Gloomy frequently attacks and injures Pity, creating the character's signature contrast between adorable appearance and violent behavior.
